$17.50 per hour (training rate) and $18.50 per hour (Tier 2 rate)
Remote Opportunity:
Work from home with flexible hours (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM)
Full-time Position:

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high level of customer service to CCA customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to CCA customers via inbound calls, responding to program questions and bill-related inquiries
- Developing a deep understanding of our assigned CCA programs, billing, and customer service complexities
- Ensuring that all required contractual and Service Level Agreements are met
- Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide expert knowledge to internal colleagues
- Working to consistently improve by implementing feedback from regular coaching sessions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or above preferred
Experience:
2 years of customer service experience preferred
Language:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and keyboard shortcuts
