Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to daily member telephone calls, directing them to the proper services needed, educating them on their benefits, and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with the Medical Management Department to authorize services and create linkages for members.
- Assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and claims issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service related role with direct contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- One (1) year of experience in a physician healthcare office environment or high-volume call center.
- Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions.
