About this role

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of our talented support team, working remotely with colleagues from around the world. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving user queries via email, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborating with engineers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, making our product easier and more natural to use
  • Developing expertise in our users and product, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates
  • Working closely with the support team to optimize support processes and improve efficiency
  • Utilizing Zendesk or similar CRM products to manage and track support requests

You could be a great fit if you have

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a team environment, adapting to diverse perspectives and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
  • Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Ability to adapt and follow through extensive amounts of information on a weekly basis
  • 4+ years of experience in Software Customer Support
  • Understanding of how to optimize support processes and improve efficiency
  • Comfort working with Zendesk or similar CRM products

Bonus qualifications

* Experience in subscription-based billing Customer Support

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
