Job Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and service teams by providing accurate and timely data entry, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details.
- Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, providing expert advice on destinations and travel insurance options.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions.

Requirements
