What You'll Do

As a Hybrid Customer Care Pro- Corporate Card Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service through inbound calls, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommending relevant arenaflex benefits or services
• Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and elements of arenaflex Corporate Card services
• Building strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service
• Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
• Adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment and navigate a web-based environment with proficiency
• Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred (education benefits available)
