Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a key role in delivering world-class support to our customers while embodying our commitment to sustainability and innovation. In this remote role, you will communicate with customers to resolve inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure their experiences with arenaflex are positive and seamless. Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class support to arenaflex customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and feedback

Requirements

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused, with the ability to handle inquiries with patience and care
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (preferably in tech or automotive industries)
