Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including:

  • Responding to incoming telephone calls, emails, and letters in a timely and efficient manner
  • Serving as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues
  • Communicating with inspectors and inspection managers to ensure compliance with client policies and HUD requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including reinspection approvals and customer questions
  • Collaborating with McCright co-workers, client staff members, and supervisors to ensure project success

Key Responsibilities

* Operate phone and computer systems to provide efficient and effective customer service

  • Serve as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues
  • Provide customer service for incoming telephone calls, emails, and letters
  • Communicate with inspectors and inspection managers to ensure compliance with client policies and HUD requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure that client policies and procedures, as well as HUD requirements and guidelines, are observed in day-to-day operations
  • Exercise discretion in all matters regarding general business operations of arenaflex

Qualifications

* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1-3 years of work experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and promote effective working relationships with departmental employees, co-workers, vendors, consultants, contractors, and landlords/tenants
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds
  • Ability to work productively in a variety of working conditions and environments
  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm
  • Ability to prepare and present ideas in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written form

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to read various documents and operate office equipment (75-100%)

  • Must have acute hearing ability (75-100%)
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods (75-100%)
  • Must have ability to perform repetitive hand motions (75-100%)

Work Environment

* Work-from-home opportunity with flexible scheduling

  • Hybrid remote work arrangement in Chattanooga, TN 37421
  • Competitive salary range: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
