Role Overview

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, email, and phone to resolve their queries, provide product recommendations, and offer personalized solutions. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and drive loyalty. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, email, and phone to resolve their queries and provide personalized solutions

  • Offer product recommendations and discounts to customers based on their needs and preferences

  • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and drives loyalty
  • Work independently and follow instructions meticulously to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements:

* Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions meticulously
  • Minimum 5 hours availability per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Reliable internet connection to manage tasks without interruption
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
