Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients and helping them achieve their goals. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll work closely with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring clients get the most out of our AI and cloud-based solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs
  • Collaborate with our Business, Product, and Design teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, setting goals, identifying challenges, and tracking progress
  • Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions, and share feedback with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales
  • Identify areas for improvement in our products and services, and contribute to the development of new features and solutions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role, working with complex, global clients

  • Strong history of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executives and leaders
  • Proactive approach to identifying trouble spots in our products and services
  • Unassuming demeanor, enthusiasm for helping others, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work with high drive, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to cultivating the safe and responsible development of artificial intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI and cloud-based solutions

  • Familiarity with our products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
