Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Remote Nebraska. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions. You'll communicate effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members, answer inbound phone calls, and provide website navigation support and password resets to customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions

  • Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members
  • Provide website navigation support and password resets to customers
  • Meet area production standards and Group metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience
  • Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative when assessing situations
  • Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of dental and vision benefits
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
