Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with our retail teams to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, with 75% of your time spent on the retail floor and training and developing our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Work closely with our retail teams to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that our retail operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail team
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and retail operations

Essential Qualifications

* 4 years of retail management experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Schedule/Gmail)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pioneering spirit
  • Free working attitude, time management skills, and personal responsibility
  • Ability to lift and carry objects of more than 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

* Related experience in the home goods and furniture industry

  • Effective experience as a Customer Service Manager or Customer Support Director, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Physical Requirements

* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

  • Complex reading and writing abilities, basic mathematical abilities, judgment/independent direction, analysis/appreciation
  • Ability to lift and carry objects of more than 50 lbs
