Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Inbound Sales and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound sales calls, approximately 40 per day, depending on your shift, to help customers find and purchase their ideal products.
  • Working with a daily schedule available in our booking framework to ensure maximum accessibility and responsiveness to our customers.
  • Contacting item providers to seek additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website.
  • Following the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, expecting the sale, building compatibility, and more.
  • Considering the customer's needs and always looking for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or strategically pitching products that may not have been initially considered.
  • Staying focused on our customers, free from distractions, for the entire shift.
  • Maintaining moderate comfort and skills with technology and multitasking, offering a first-class customer experience with every guest, staying up-to-date with interaction and strategy changes through email or the chat channel, exploring network difficulties, special customer requests, and more.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think systematically while working in a high-speed environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Extensive sales experience, ideally in a call center, retail, or virtual environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, while maintaining a high level of critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position.
