About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us locate and support individuals and families affected by injuries or loss. You'll be responsible for guiding our clients through the claims process, educating and engaging with them, and assisting in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation. This is a remote, full-time or part-time, work-from-home position with flexible hours, and we offer a competitive salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

* Help educate and engage with clients affected by injuries or loss

  • Guide clients through the claims process
  • Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including civilian contractors, wounded veterans, and gold star families
  • Utilize common tools like MS Word and other software to manage client relationships and claims processes

Person Specification

* Strong background in customer service or project support

  • Proficient with common tools like MS Word and other software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Steady internet connection and reliable computer equipment

Types of Injuries and Professions

* Physical injuries, including death

  • Mental trauma, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, nightmares, insomnia, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts
  • Professions may include:

+ Construction crew in U.S. Government-funded projects worldwide + Heavy Equipment Operators on U.S. military bases or ports + Drivers delivering supplies or fuel to U.S. Forces + Linguists or Translators supporting U.S. Forces globally + Security Personnel in U.S. Government projects or Department of State + Food Services Personnel in U.S. Military bases

Job Details

* Schedule: Flexible schedule with some overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

  • Remote: 100% Online, based outside the US
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and commission structure, up to $20/hr (base + commissions)
