The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed

What You'll Need
