Job Summary
As a Global Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites. You'll be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries regarding products and services, utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and efficient customer support. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites
- Address and resolve inquiries regarding products and services

- Manage your shifts flexibly, logging in and out as needed, with the convenience of daily payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
* Must have access to a device capable of connecting to social media and handling website chat functionalities (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)
