Your Role at arenaflex

As a French speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our business and private customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice and support to customers regarding their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices
• Assisting customers on the phone and via email to make reservations, offer a full-service package, and find solutions to any problems
• Being a sympathetic ear and advising customers over the phone and via email
• Working closely with other departments to provide the best service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your Skills Matter

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) with a clear and understandable way of speaking and expressing yourself
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
• Soft skills, including organizational and communicative talents, ability to cope with a heavy workload, and high dependability
• Team spirit, with a willingness to work in international teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues
• Proficiency in using MS-Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
