Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and selling our products to help individuals and families protect their futures. With a proven lead generation system and a team of mentors ready to support you, you'll have the tools and resources you need to succeed.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state life insurance license (arenaflex will provide training and support to help you obtain your license)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in sales and customer service

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and management skills
