Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state life insurance license (arenaflex will provide training and support to help you obtain your license)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in sales and customer service
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and management skills
