We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience every time. You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery stations, where Amazon's leading coordinated factors framework operates. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-station constant, active support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and setting proper expectations
  • Maintaining organization values and respecting each customer
  • Clearly understanding and responding to customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing written responses to customer issues in a concise, accurate, and professional tone
  • Working an adaptable part-time schedule (40+ hours per week)
  • Performing tasks, regardless of reasonable accommodation, including:

+ Conveying, lifting, moving up to 49 pounds + Frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching + Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours + Working in an environment with varying noise levels (hearing protection will be provided) + Working in an environment with temperature fluctuations due to outside weather conditions and not controlled

A Day in the Life

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery stations, where Amazon's leading coordinated factors framework operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in touch with our distribution center, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Where a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll inform our delivery partners. Where you notice a delivery issue, you'll work to resolve it immediately, so our customers receive an exceptional experience every time without reaching Amazon.

Essential Capabilities

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Past experience in customer service
  • Ability to successfully focus on work time to ensure effectiveness
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with various internet browsers, database searching, and instant messaging tools

Preferred Capabilities

* Four-year college degree or equivalent business-related experience

  • Capability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and creating them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working with a marketing/brand ambassador team for a widely recognized consumer brand
