Job Summary

As a Customer Outbound Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, handling customer issues and complaints, and meeting sales targets on time. Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets on time by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and converting leads into customers
  • Work with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for promoting and selling them
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer segments, including B2B and B2C customers
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
