Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide legendary service, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
