Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a combination of technical expertise, product knowledge, and a passion for helping others. You'll work closely with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus!
