Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system.
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products, pricing, and shipping policies to answer customer questions confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication software.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

  • Experience with CRM systems and communication software.
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
