  • Contributes directly to business growth by strengthening relationships with fleet customers, dealers, and partners across the South UK region

  • Supports delivery of high-quality, consistent service through collaboration with independent dealers and network partners

  • Plays a key role in increasing market share and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective territory and account management

  • Helps drive adoption of innovative solutions and services that enhance customer value and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow sales of corporate truck tyre products across local and regional fleet customers

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of dealer and customer opportunities to support sales and market share objectives

  • Forecast sales accurately and monitor performance against targets, adjusting plans as needed

  • Plan and manage territory activities to optimise profitability and share best practices across the network

  • Partner with independent dealers, wholesalers, and fleets to deliver best-in-class customer service

  • Support onboarding of new dealers and strengthen engagement with key and priority accounts

  • Ensure network partners operate in line with company standards, KPIs, and service expectations

  • Deliver training and guidance to dealers and customers where required

  • Promote and support the use of corporate solutions and value-added services

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM and other internal systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, including new business development and account management

  • Ability to manage a large territory and build strong, lasting relationships with partners and customers

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach

  • Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general systems literacy

  • Relevant industry experience (tyre, logistics, or commercial vehicles) is advantageous

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
