Your Role
- Lead and support the development of Electrical BIM models
- Review models, perform clash detection, and ensure quality standards
- Support and mentor BIM team members
- Coordinate with other BIM trades
- Prepare BIM documents such as reports, schedules, execution plans and shop drawings
- Work daily with Revit and Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Improve workflows and modeling processes when needed
- Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project
What Were Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
- Strong understanding of electrical systems
- Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus
- Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam
- Team-oriented mindset with experience in managing the team
- 2+ successfully finished projects
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
