Job brief
Your main goal at Catena is to help us vet the best talent from countries in LatAm and Southeast Asia. You'll help us build a brand that our candidates trust because they know we help place them into phenomenal jobs where they'll be respected and able to grow.
Responsibilities
- Running our recruiting pipeline
- Creating processes to make our recruiting organization more efficient, including best practices around ATS systems
- Building out our sourcing ecosystem across multiple countries
- Managing our recruiting team
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience running a recruiting team
- Strong analytical and people management skills
