Our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Proposal Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of proposals for Government and Prime contracts, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. In this role, you will:

• Support the Operations portion of proposals, including proposal kickoff, estimating, Fact Finding, Negotiations, and certifying the Certified Cost or Pricing Data (CoPD) once negotiations are complete
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute proposal strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Analyze and interpret complex data to inform proposal decisions, utilizing intermediate MS Excel skills to drive insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, program managers, and team members, to convey complex technical information and proposal status
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines to meet proposal submission requirements
• Provide support for proposal development, including data gathering, analysis, and documentation
