About the role: As a Senior Test Automation Engineer for TQL, you will lead the charge in building and maintaining advanced automation frameworks that ensure quality across all TQL applications. You’ll coach and mentor Software Quality Engineers, drive enterprise-wide automation strategies, and collaborate with developers to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Configure DevOps pipelines for automated regression testing using virtual machines and containers Mentor and support Software Quality Engineers in automation best practices Review code and enforce enterprise-wide automation standards Write complex SQL queries for test data management Use AI-assisted tools and platforms to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions What you need: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required 5+ years of experience in software development or testing Strong coding skills in object-oriented languages (C#, Java) Expertise in Git version control and CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to collaborate across teams and drive large-scale automation initiatives Where you'll be: 200 Regency Executive Park Suite 100 & 200, Charlotte, NC 28217 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
