Business Development Representative

UniUni is a dynamic and fast-growing courier service dedicated to transforming e-commerce logistics. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brand partners to drive new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads that contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas
  • Contributes to the sales pipeline, supporting revenue targets aligned with UniUni’s growth objectives
  • Helping onboard SMB clients to our new Small Business platform

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads, onboarding)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tool
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Excellent prospecting and research abilities—identifying and reaching high-value targets
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales & marketing teams
  • Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
