[Remote] Talent Acquisition Coordinator

They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to optimize their recruiting processes, ensuring operational excellence in scheduling, communications, and candidate experience while supporting their rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team
  • Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements in alignment with company guidelines
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as required
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring all candidate information, workflows, and documentation are up to date
  • Build, update, and maintain recruitment dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Ashby is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with reporting tools is a plus
  • Experience supporting hybrid or multi-location hiring
  • Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting compliance best practices
  • Experience building or maintaining recruitment dashboards or reports
