What You'll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending relevant products and services to meet their needs

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering accurate and relevant information into our systems, as required
  • Adhering to all rules and regulations related to services and practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
