About the Role
We're seeking talented and experienced customer support specialists to join our team as Mod Contractors. As a Mod Contractor, you'll bring your super skills, positive attitude, and great vibe to project work every day. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and act as a GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 level support to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues related to web and mobile apps
- Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
- Walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers
- Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer inquiries
Project Details
Project hours are available 24/7, with a focus on candidates available to work from 9 AM to 6 PM PT. Orientation begins on December 23, 2024, and the commitment is for 20 hours per week for 60 days (as needed). The hourly rate will be discussed during the interview phase.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in providing Tier 1 level customer support
- Zendesk experience
- Experience with ticketing systems, inbound calls, chat, and email support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs
- Tech-savviness with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
- Strong ability to walk people through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
- Professional demeanor and strong ability to show empathy
- Reliable internet speed and service
Workspace Requirements
To work as a Mod Contractor, you'll need:
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- A quality headset
- A quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install arenaflex security software and 2FA app on your phone
