As a member of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, exploring new markets and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and attention to detail
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills
  • Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing timely updates
  • Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect customers, ensuring they're informed and empowered to make informed decisions

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Strong leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution + High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability + Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
