Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you must:

• Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
• Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
• Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
