Job Summary

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer cases, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance our customer experience. You'll work closely with our ECR leadership to implement process improvements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Review customer cases, perform research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies

  • Use customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct research, interpret results, and translate findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
  • Provide ECR leadership with process or improvement strategies based on your analysis and recommendations
  • Review customer cases, interpret the life cycle, provide root cause analysis, and make recommendations on improvements
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

* High School or GED

  • 1-2 Years Contact Center Experience
  • 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 1-2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in data validation

  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, with starting rates varying based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
