Experienced Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights

Work Synopsis:
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You'll gain a deep understanding of key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement data solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization
Least Capabilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Excel, SQL, and statistical programming languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Abilities/Information/Experience Considered an Asset:
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, or other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Strong understanding of data mining and text analysis techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
