Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
  • Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
  • Complying with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in client support, preferably in a sales and customer service environment
