About the Role

As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading customer programs that accelerate business outcomes for our Enterprise ECRT and Energy customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting and selling transformational professional services programs that deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

- Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive business outcomes, leveraging arenaflex cloud technologies to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue. - Lead Business Outcomes: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies, driving growth, efficiency, and innovation for our Enterprise ECRT and Energy customers. - Develop Unified Account Plans and Pursuit Plans: Collaborate with the AWS account team (platform sales) to develop aligned account plans and pursuit plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. - Establish Executive Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders across Technology & Business groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs and initiatives. - Establish Internal Networks: Develop and maintain relationships with internal organizations critical to success, including the account team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal. - Strategic Advisor and Expert: Assume the role of a trusted advisor and expert, providing deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and available cloud services. - Deliver on Annual Bookings and Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed annual bookings and revenue targets, aligning deal structure with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives. - Support Scale through Shared Learnings: Collaborate with the Professional Services sales team to share learnings and best practices, driving scale and growth across the organization.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on business development and account management -

Proven track record of delivering business outcomes and driving revenue growth

- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in the Enterprise ECRT and Energy sectors -

Strong executive relationships and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with arenaflex cloud technologies and services

Familiarity with the Enterprise ECRT and Energy sectors

- Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive account plans and pursuit plans - Strong understanding of the cross-section of the customers' business and available cloud services
