Business Development Representative

Klir is a rapidly growing company focused on improving water management through connected data systems. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate interest and create qualified meetings for their Account Executives, while building foundational sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and identify relevant contacts
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing
  • Book meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects
  • Learn to clearly communicate Klir’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead records in Salesforce
  • Participate in coaching, training, and ongoing sales enablement

Skills

  • 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection
  • Organized and able to follow defined processes
  • Curious, motivated, and resilient
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
