Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Consultant, you'll be responsible for leading our customers through a variety of requests via our Click-to-Chat application, including:

  • Providing detailed product information and configurations/availability
  • Assisting with sales incentives/campaign fulfillment
  • Helping customers find dealer locations and inventory searches
  • Scheduling test drive appointments
  • Answering general questions and providing information
  • Promoting client products and services to build brand recognition and confidence
  • Educating customers on current products, packages, and incentives
  • Generating product excitement and driving customers to action

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead customers through a variety of requests via the Click-to-Chat application

  • Provide effective pro-active and re-active online chat support for customers and prospective customers
  • Establish a rapport and build confidence in the client brand recognition
  • Educate consumers on current products, packages, and incentives
  • Maintain knowledge, understanding, and compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Document detailed status of all interactions indicating appropriate outcome and follow up requirements
  • Ensure maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and personal goals are met
  • Meet specified goals and sales conversion metrics as set by arenaflex and/or client

Essential Qualifications:

* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Ability to compose professional emails
  • Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment

  • Knowledge of state regulations and company policies related to customer service
  • Familiarity with Click-to-Chat applications and online chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple chat sessions at a time

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management
