Job Summary

As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's Customer Relations team and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
  • Providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
  • Serving as a customer advocate by researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
  • Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
  • Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to customers either on the phone or via written communications

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting

  • Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
  • Serve as a customer advocate by researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
  • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
  • Partner with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service and issue resolution

Requirements

* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance

  • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery

  • Bilingual Spanish

Education

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $31.30 per hour
