[Remote] Field Sales Representative (BC, Kootenays)

They are seeking a Field Sales Representative who will develop relationships with customers, optimize sales, and ensure product visibility in retailers while meeting field KPIs and annual objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
- Implement and monitor promotional activities
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation
- Report on activities
Skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
- Perseverance and attention to details
- University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years)
- The successful candidate must live near Kootenays
- Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)
- Relevant sales and merchandising experience within the CPG environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit, courage, passion and energy
- Results-focused and motivated, business savvy
- A natural relationship builder, comfortable building rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take the right initiative
