The Role

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate their wheel and tire needs, all from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers via web-based chat services like Facebook Messenger
• Answering questions about products, checking fitment, and assisting in scheduling service appointments
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing multiple conversations online simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting productivity goals
• Collaborating with the Sales Team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone

• Provide product information, check fitment, and assist with scheduling service appointments
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
