Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator / Entry Level, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and quickly while maintaining an excellent work flow
• Performing all order entry functions, including:

+ Prioritizing incoming orders + Verifying the match between the content of received orders and order form + Entering any order with all data and notes + Creating a computer-generated production ticket + Editing an order + Sending orders to the next receiver

• Entering all order types
• Maintaining work flow priorities in accordance with our standards and guidelines
• Performing requirements for 5S Workplace Organization
• Following work instructions for the area
• Working closely with our customer service team (CSA team)

Additional Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you may also be required to perform miscellaneous tasks and activities as directed by your Supervisor or Manager. This may include:

• Participating in cross-training and cross-functionality initiatives
• Working overtime as needed, including weekends
• Adapting to changing workload, customer, and training demands

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent keyboard and typing skills, speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and good eyesight
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent judgment
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing demands
• Experience using Windows, Navision, Outlook, the Internet, and other data entry software is preferred
