Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences

  • Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
  • Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrating integrity and compliance with administrative and regulatory rules related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications:

* A minimum of two years of experience in client support, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in an online setting
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; education benefits are available

* Experience working in a virtual or remote customer service environment
