Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be the face of our organization, handling a wide range of customer service calls, emails, and chats with a focus on first call resolution. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your customer experience expertise, work with a variety of tools and technology, and make a real impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with customers through personalized communication, active listening, and empathy

• Provide technical support and critical thinking to anticipate customers' current and future needs
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and collective goals
• Stay up-to-date with new software and technology, and adapt quickly to changing customer needs
• Manage multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously to provide efficient support
• Work a set schedule during our operating hours, with some rotational weekend availability and holiday coverage required

What You'll Need to Succeed

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on call center support and technical support
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to success both individually and as a team
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a positive and friendly attitude

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on call center support and technical support
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to success both individually and as a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of call center support experience

• 1 year of technical support experience
• Experience working with multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
