You'll be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solving, and providing sound solutions to customer needs. You'll also be expected to document details of all calls and customer interactions, and manage through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.Key Responsibilities

- Creatively problem-solving and providing sound solutions to customer needs
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions

Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a virtual customer service representative with blithequark, you'll need to have:- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills

Application and Certification Process
