Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls, while providing top-tier customer support. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages from customers and technicians
  • Managing part warranties and updating service boards to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Supporting the CSR lead and ensuring seamless communication between teams
  • Resolving customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Running reports and coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Supporting projects as assigned and contributing to the overall success of the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with CRM/CMMS and HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not essential
  • Honesty, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
