About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Document and track customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the education or technology industry

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online education platforms

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software as a service (SaaS) applications
  • Certification in technical support or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
