Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing a shared email inbox, answering customer phone calls, preparing and processing documents, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of insurance services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and managing a shared email inbox, responding to inquiries, forwarding relevant information, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Answering inbound phone calls, addressing client needs, providing policy information, and offering excellent customer service.
  • Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and organizing insurance documents for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Assisting with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as needed.
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the operations team, including document filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
