The Platform Services & Operations group

Our Platform Services & Operations group is a dynamic team of experts who work together to deliver high-quality software experiences through green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. We're seeking a skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing scalable workflow tooling to support business outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
• Developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business decisions
• Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions
• Working closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine data-driven solutions
• Iteratively refining dashboard layouts to ensure they meet the needs of our stakeholders
• Characterizing the current state of our workflow, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to address these gaps
• Serving as a change agent, working closely with partner teams to translate insights into actionable wins

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
• Product ownership experience, including being accountable for key outcomes and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics
• Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across multiple teams to achieve a unified goal
